The Carnes Crossroads Artist Cooperative was founded in February 2017 by a group of Carnes Crossroads residents who shared a passion for making handcrafted products. Now in its fifth year, the CCAC has grown into a community organization that has developed a strong reputation in the Summerville, Goose Creek and North Charleston areas.

The goals of the Carnes Crossroads Artist Cooperative are to connect local artists with one another, provide an opportunity for the greater community to meet and interact with local artists, and to foster dynamic community support for handcrafted items created by Lowcountry Artisans.
