Stained Glass for Beginners: Saturday 6/20 1:30-3:30pm

Stained Glass for Beginners: Saturday 6/20 1:30-3:30pm

In this beginner-friendly workshop you will learn the basics of stained glass. Students will be taught how to copper foil pre-cut and ground glass pieces and solder it together to finish your own glass suncatcher. To add to the fun, you could register with a partner or buddy and celebrate the day crafting together!

Your custom fish suncatcher makes a great Father’s Day gift for dad — or give the gift of experience and bring him along for the fun!

*Solder is very hot. Please wear closed toed shoes and pants to protect yourself in case of drips.

Registration closes 6/15!!!

Meet the Teacher: Liz Marret

Liz Marret is a self taught stained glass artist. She always was fascinated with stained glass and grew up watching her aunt make stained glass creations for her home after school. Liz has always done crafts and became obsessed after breaking her first piece of glass! Liz is a busy mom of four kids, in her limited spare time you can either find her in her glass studio working or at the local farmers markets selling her stained glass art. She loves teaching others because it’s such a fun way to share my love of the craft with others!
